Salsa Salmon Burger

  • 2 AquaCuisine salmon burgers
  • ¼ cup guacamole or avocado slices
  • ½ cup chunky salsa
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt or sour cream

Pour salsa into a non-stick frying pan. Heat to simmer. Set 2 salmon burgers in the salsa, cover pan, and cook on low heat until salmon is no longer pink in the center, 4 to 6 minutes. Serve salmon with salsa spooned onto fish, and top with a dollop of guacamole or avocado slices and sour cream or plain yogurt.

Mustard-glazed Salmon Burger

  • 2 AquaCuisine salmon burgers
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Honey

Mix honey with the Dijon mustard. Set 2 salmon burgers in a shallow pan and spread tops evenly with mustard mixture. Bake in a 450 degree oven until salmon turns pale pink in the center, 4 to 6 minutes.
