Condiments & Sauces
Dill Mustard Sauce
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
In a small bowl, blend the yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice and dill. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
Cucumber Dill Sauce
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 med. size cucumbers, peeled & halved lengthwise, seeded and chopped fine
- 1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp salt
Mix all ingredients in a medium-size bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
