The Americana - Top with ketchup, mustard and sautéed onions

The California Coastal – Top with Dijon mustard, chopped artichoke hearts and capers

The Cool Alaskan - Top with mayo mixed with chopped chives and lemon zest

Condiments & Sauces

Dill Mustard Sauce

  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill

In a small bowl, blend the yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice and dill. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Cucumber Dill Sauce

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 med. size cucumbers, peeled & halved lengthwise, seeded and chopped fine
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp salt

Mix all ingredients in a medium-size bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
